Transport of your cells to another center is possible. The receiving center has to organize the transport. So please contact your new center first and ask them to make the arrangements.
We only need a completed consent form from you entitling us to release your cells. You will receive this consent form from the FCH staff member after emailing to
FCH.Transporte@amedes-group.com
to inform us that you would like to have your cells sent to another center. If you are taking all of your cryopreserved materials with you, there is no need for an additional cancellation of your cryo-storage contract.
