Why do I receive a new cryo contract for each new cycle?: The contracts are valid for one cycle. Therefore, you will receive a new contract with each new cycle. After filling in the contract form, please make sure that you return both copies of the contract to us, so that we can complete both copies with the necessary information from our side. If you have a so-called 'dual stimulation', you will receive only one contract (of course also in duplicate), because a dual stimulation in the medical sense is regarded as one cycle, even if two follicle punctures take place.
I want to cancel my cryo-storage agreement, what do I have to do?: Cancellation of your cryopreservation (oocytes, cryopreserved sperm, testicular biopsies, fertilized oocytes, embryos or donor sperm) must be made in writing, observing the notice period (30 days before the end of the rental period). You are welcome to download pre-formulated letters of termination in the download area and send them to us in the original by regular mail.
