Furthermore, we offer pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD). Fortunately, in the vast majority of cases we are able to give nature a helping hand, and achieve pregnancy in up to 80% of cases, whether through insemination, in vitro fertilisation (IVF) or the now common ICSI method.
